The Art Storefronts Organization has verified that this business has provided a returns & exchanges policy for all art purchases.
Description of Policy from Merchant:
We will provide a no charge replacement or refund for any quality issues on prints made on canvas and paper. We may request to have the order returned to us. We do not provide a refund based on customer preference. We will provide a refund or a no charge replacement for any orders damaged in shipping. For a refund or replacement, please contact kathy@maniscalcofineart.com.
Hand Painted Angel Plaques - All sales are final, no returns, cancellations.
Portraits - Due to the nature of her custom work, Kathy takes every precaution to package the sketch properly to ensure it arrives safely. Kathy is obligated to create The Portrait in a professional and craftsman-like manner. If, within ten (10) days after the sale is final, the Purchaser is not satisfied with The Portrait, the purchaser can return The Portrait to the Artist in the same condition as it left the Artist’s studio at the Purchaser’s expense and the final payment will be refunded by 50%.
